Rhonda Bennett
Rhonda Bennett is the assistant editor for the Indiana State Medical
Association (ISMA) and staff assistant to the organizations Family
Violence Committee. She has developed patient resource materials and
coordinated continuing medical education seminars on domestic violence for ISMA
members. In addition, she has worked on various ICADV committees and projects
for nearly seven years. Rhonda has 13 years experience in organizational
communications and holds a B.A. in communications from Purdue University and a
masters degree in public relations and journalism from Ball State
University. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA),
Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society in
Journalism and Mass Communications.
Dottie Davis
Dottie L. Davis has been a commissioned law enforcement officer with
the Fort Wayne Police Department where she currently serves as the Deputy Chief
of the Northeast Division of the city. During her career she has received
numerous commendations, including two Meritorious Service Citations. Dottie
graduated from Purdue University with honors, receiving a Bachelor of Science
and certifications in Substance Abuse Counseling and Social Service. In March
2003 she graduated from the National FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. She is a
family violence trainer and has trained thousands of law enforcement officers,
prosecutors, advocates, and judges throughout the nation and in Canada. The
Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) named Dottie the 1998 Law
Enforcement Officer of the Year, and in 2004 she was the recipient of the
Harlene Bartlett award from the ICADV for her continued commitment to victims
of family violence. In April 2000 she became involved in implementing the
Crisis Intervention Team with the Fort Wayne Police Department to better serve
individuals in a mental health crisis with dignity and respect. Due to this
work, she has received several awards from the National Alliance for the
Mentally Ill. She is the 2007 recipient of the Athena Award given by the Fort
Wayne Chamber of Commerce. She is the President of Davis Corporate Training,

Rus Ervin Funk Rus Ervin Funk, MSW, is a consultant
specializing in violence prevention, cultural competence and anti-oppression.
He has 25 years experience in domestic and sexual violence, including work with
adult and adolescent sex offenders, adult and child victims, battered women and
their children, and adult batterers. He currently is working with a number of
communities including metro Louisville, the state of Indiana, the state of
Tennessee, and the city of Mexico. He travels extensively providing training
and technical assistance. Rus is the co-founder and President of MENSWORK: Eliminating Violence
Against Women, Inc., a Louisville-based organization that focuses on educating,
engaging, and mobilizing men to address, respond to, and prevent all forms of
sexual and domestic violence. Rus is also on the boards of
directors of the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and the National
Center on Sexual and Domestic Violence. Rus also serves on the Steering
Committee of the Reproductive Freedom Project of the ACLU of KY, and the
Louisville Chapter of Fellowship of Reconciliation. Rus is the 2006 recipient of the
Helene Bartlett Award from the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence for
his outstanding services to victims of domestic violence, co-recipient of the
2005 PreVent Award of Excellence for his leadership in developing violence
prevention efforts, and recipient of the 2000 Frederick Douglass Award from Men
Can Stop Rape, Inc. Rus is also an author; his most recent book is Reaching Men:
Strategies for Preventing Sexist Attitudes, Behaviors and Violence (2006,
Jist Publications).
Angela Grayson
Angela Grayson has been on the board of directors since 2006. Angela
joined Eli Lilly and Company as an Attorney in 2005, specializing in patent
law. Since joining Eli Lilly, Angela has prosecuted small molecule patent
applications in the central nervous system therapeutic area. She works
diligently to enforce the Zyprexa brand in Central and South America and
Cymbalta world-wide.
Amesha McDonald
Amisha McDonald has been the coordinator of the SAVE program in Porter
County since 1997. During this time she has participated on the
Mayors Commission Against Domestic Violence and the Portage and
Valparaiso Justice Committees. Amesha has been a board member with the
Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence since January of 2003, and Co-Chair
of the Batterers' Intervention Program Standards Committee since January of
2003. Ameshas commitment to program integrity and community safety
is evidenced in her dedication toward the ongoing education of professionals in
the area of domestic violence.
Mark Reichel
Mark Reichel joined ICADV as a Board member in 2007. He is a patent
attorney with Ice Miller LLP where he focuses his efforts on patent and
trademark prosecution, intellectual property litigation and technology
licensing. Prior to joining Ice Miller, he served as a business development
manager at the Indiana University Research & Technology Corporation (IURTC)
where he focused on intellectual property generated at Indiana University. Mark
holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Stony
Brook and is a JD and MBA graduate from Indiana University. He is currently
involved as a Board member of Agave, the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians
and Western Art's Young Professionals Auxiliary, serves on the Annual Fund
Council for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, and is a Board member of the
Meadow Bend Homeowners Association. Mark is also actively involved with the
Indianapolis Bar Association as the Chair-Elect of the Intellectual Property
Executive Committee, and he is also involved with the American Intellectual
Property Law Association (AIPLA) as an active member of the Young Lawyers
Committee.
Kelley Romweber
Kelley Romweber has been working in the nonprofit sector for 23 years.
Starting her career as a Jesuit Volunteer, she brings fundraising, marketing
and management experience from a variety of organizations. Kelley has received
a certificate in nonprofit management and continues her education in this field
through a number of professional education opportunities. In 2000, she received
the designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) which is a
professional credential for philanthropic fundraising executives. Kelley is the
Development and Training Director for Attain which provides access to assistive
technology for people with disabilities. She is a member and volunteer with the
Association of Fundraising Professionals, a graduate of the 2004 Lacy
Leadership Association's LEAD program, a Board Member for the Indiana Canine
Assistant Network and the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and also
volunteers with United Way of Central Indiana.
